If your passport is from the USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong or Brunei, your authorisation is the ETA (601), applied through the official app. Here is how to do it yourself in ~15 minutes.
The ETA (subclass 601) is Australiaโs electronic authorisation for tourism or business (up to 3 months per entry over 12 months) for several non-European countries. Unlike the European eVisitor, it is processed only from your phone using the official "Australian ETA" app, which reads your passport chip via NFC and asks for a verification selfie.
Our course guides you through the official app to get your ETA 601 without mistakes, for 26 USD and for your whole family.
Any visa decision rests exclusively with the Department of Home Affairs.
Only in the official "Australian ETA" app by the Department of Home Affairs. Avoid sites that overcharge.
A service charge of ~AUD $20 inside the app. There is no large visa fee.
Often fast, but it is set by the Government. Apply ahead of your trip.
